Dr. C.V. Raman University Bihar was established in 2018. The university is recognized by the University Grants Commission [UGC] and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education [AICTE]. It is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The primary goal of the university is to provide skill-based learning in the quarters of higher education in the state.
